For online classes, a link to the Zoom class will be emailed upon registration. You may register in advance or on the morning of class, just be sure to give yourself 10-15 minutes before the beginning of class to complete the registration process.
PLEASE NOTE: There will be no classes March 20 – April 1 for Kofi’s in-studio Iyengar Intensive and Alice’s retreat in Mexico. Last class is Tuesday, March 18, then classes resume Thursday, April 3rd.
