Please join me and Kalden Kho for a very special event to start your New Year with health, healing, happiness and connection. This workshop will help to reset your nervous system so that you may feel more open, at ease, and grounded. It is our intention to provide a container for community connection, as well as send healing to all beings that could benefit. A portion of the practice will be yoga movement, and a portion will be Kalden’s unique and powerful sound experience with Tibetan chanting and instruments. All levels welcome.
