Practice in a cozy little cove at Black’s Beach in Santa Cruz and afterward, we’ll visit the Live Oak Farmer’s Market for food (AND COFFEE!!!) or shopping for healthy local veggies.

Of course, the Farmer’s Market portion is optional but I’m generally daydreaming about what to eat in savasana, aren’t you?!

Kalden Kho is originally from eastern Tibet and was a monk from age 5-23. He brings a wealth of Tibetan cultural and spiritual background to all of his events. After completing a three year retreat and escaping to India, he joined his Tibetan community in exile…under His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama. When he moved to the U.S. he discovered that people need connection and serenity to offset the stress and isolation of modern lifestyle. He has dedicated his work to introduce America to the warmth and spiritual strength of Traditional Tibetan culture while working to ensure the continued robust existence of Tibetan traditions. He hopes you will join him in building this community and moving toward a more enlightened, balanced and harmonious path.

Alice Kennedy has been teaching and living her yoga since 2004. She teaches alignment-based yoga to help optimize a student’s ability to heal, feel free, and enhance their state of emotional well-being. She teaches public and private classes as well as workshops and retreats.
