A 2.5-hour workshop designed to help you formulate and achieve healthy vitality and a sense of well-being for the New Year. Explore what it means for you to practice loving support for yourself in these challenging times. With a mix of meditation, movement, journaling, and sharing, we will dive deep into how you can reset and renew for a fresh start this year. Part of this workshop will be voluntarily interactive – with your fellow community members.

Expect a supportive, gentle atmosphere…..and please be prepared with something to write on like a journal and pen.
