Ancient yogis practiced in nature as a way of connecting to themselves and the life around them. Please join us for a day of inner and outer exploration and connection in a ocean setting where we will encounter wildlife like sea otters and dolphins, and the extraordinary beauty of Monterey Bay.
What’s included: Morning tea, mediation, yoga, SUP instruction, SUP trip with yoga, a healthy beachside ayurvedic lunch by Talya’s Kitchen, two instructors, SUP rental, and a very healthy dose of fun and adventure!
No prior yoga or SUP experience necessary – just an open mind and sense of adventure!

Alice Kennedy’s levity and love bring a unique blend of hard work and play to the classroom. As a teacher and student, she is committed to alignment ideas that support intuition, safety, depth, and healing. This includes a deep acceptance of oneself and the broad range of human experience. She teaches teacher trainings, workshops, retreats, and public as well as private lessons.
Gloria Lou Riola, RYT200, is a registered yoga teacher and has taught stand-up paddleboarding since 2009. Combining the best of both worlds, she is excited to offer SUP yoga classes where she lives in Capitola, CA. She also enjoys surfing, snowboarding, being with her kids and almost anything to do with nature.
