Stage One – Splendid Spotting
April 1st, 11:30-2 PM
Learn to be present by clear communication, confidence, types of touch, and how to stay open to each other while you keep yourself and
others safe and supported. This will be designed to support any level of student or teacher learn how to spot well. Expect a fun mixed levels class with a concentration on spotting in poses like handstand and urdhva danurasana.
Stage Two – Becoming “The Assistant”
April 15th, 11:30-2 PM
The path of the assistant can be the most rewarding out there – you work closely with teachers who are top in their trade, and are asked
to exponentially increase your capacity and knowledge. Learn how to deal with the fire and become an effective assistant to teachers,
students, and the classroom. This workshop will closely follow Anusara’s official guidelines for assisting and is suitable for
teachers and teacher trainees that wish to someday take on this incredible role.
