Led by Certified Anusara teacher Kenny Graham, come and discover a new edge where you learn to be true to your self in all ways.
Open your heart and surrender to a more healthy ans happy life filled with gratitude, on and off the mat. In these three workshop sessions, you will experience a deep connection to yourself and to others; through backbends to open your heart, forward bends to open your hips and surrender to grace, and flipping your perspective on life with inversions. Come expand your sense of love for yourself and others.
