Yoga Destination – Beach

Join me for a beach adventure about 30 gorgeous minutes up the coast from Santa Cruz! This is truly one of the most stunning and dramatic beaches in the area and has been a real sanctuary to me during the winter months. I really love it for its tidal pools – and we are going going intentionally during low tide. We will meet up, walk/hike in, and do some yoga together to the sound of the waves! Pack a picnic lunch and a towel and we can have a distanced picnic too! Space is very limited so sign up early. The beach will be revealed when you register. No dogs allowed.

Where: Redwoods in SC, (location will be given when you register)

Please join me at one of my favorite destinations – the Redwood Forest! We will meet at a spot in Santa Cruz and hike in to a beautiful river to do some yoga together. This is an intermediate hike – so be prepared to be able to hike 2 hours and have the ability to tackle some incline. We will have some ability to change course if the group wants to as well!
