Give of your practice. Step out of the yoga studio, onto the sand, and align your yoga in support of a world safe from violence and abuse.

I’ll lead the asana practice for this event, in support of Monarch Services, an organization that has provided safe refuge in the Santa Cruz community for over 40 years.
